Role Overview:

As we extend our reach across Australia, we seek dedicated team members aligned with our vision. As a compounding laboratory technician, you'll create various medications and cosmetics, from creams to solutions and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Execute compounding tasks under the guidance of Lab and Pharmacy managers.

  • Formulate products like nutritional items, capsules, creams, lotions, troches, etc.

  • Maintain and manage technical apparatus.

  • Ensure lab inventory remains stocked.

  • Undertake order processing, manage batches, and operate the compounding computer system.

  • Respond to client inquiries and requirements when necessary.

  • Adhere to NCC's standard operational procedures.

  • Ensure cleanliness and handle other duties as assigned.

Desired Qualifications:


  • High School diploma or equivalent.

  • Pharmacy Assistant or Compounding Technician certification. (optional but helpful)

  • Experience and training in pharmaceutical compounding (an advantage, but not mandatory).

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.

  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure.

  • Quick learner with strong multitasking abilities.

  • Can operate independently and meet strict deadlines.
