Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary PMO Manager to lead our project management strategies and drive seamless execution across diverse initiatives. This role demands a balance of strategic thinking, meticulous planning, and inspiring leadership to optimize project performance and align with our organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement PMO frameworks, tools, and methodologies to ensure consistent project delivery excellence.
Portfolio Management: Oversee and manage the portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and efficient resource utilization.
Process Improvement: Continuously refine project management processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Risk and Compliance: Identify potential risks, establish mitigation plans, and ensure compliance with organizational standards and industry best practices.
Team Development: Lead and mentor project managers and team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.
Performance Metrics: Define and track KPIs to measure project success, reporting progress to senior leadership with actionable insights.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between project teams, clients, and leadership, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals.
Qualifications and Skills
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a PMO leadership role.
Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certifications are highly preferred.
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or equivalent) and familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
Key Traits: Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and exceptional interpersonal abilities to navigate diverse cultural settings.
Global Mindset: Experience working in multicultural and multilingual environments is an advantage.
Salary :-300000 yen to 500000 yen.
