Private Duty Nurse (LPN or RN) | Perryopolis| Night Shift

Ideal Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Registered Nurse (RN) will be expected to:

• Follow an individualized home health plan of care


• Monitor all aspects of a home health patient’s care as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)


• Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to plan, implement, and evaluate patient home health care plans


• Prepare and assist with examinations and treatments for patients


• Maintain accurate, detailed reports via an electronic medical record

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in PA


• Valid AHA-BLS CPR course completion (Infant, Child & Adult)


• FBI and Child Abuse Clearances (provided by eKidzCare, if needed)


• Recent Two-Step Tuberculosis test (One Year Shelf Life) or Chest X-ray ( 6 Month Shelf Life) or Blood Test ( Upon Hire) 


• Applicants with less than 1 year of verified experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) must participate in the eKidzCare New Grad Training Program
