Position Overview: As the Project Management Office (PMO) for b-cause Inc. in the Tokyo office, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of our projects. You will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards. Your role will involve collaborating closely with various teams to streamline processes, mitigate risks, and drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Project Planning and Execution:
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate project activities and ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any deviations from the plan.
• Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders, ensuring clarity and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
2.Resource Management:
• Allocate resources effectively to optimize project outcomes and minimize bottlenecks.
• Work closely with department heads to identify resource requirements and resolve resource conflicts.
• Track resource utilization and capacity to ensure efficient resource allocation across projects.
3.Risk Management:
• Identify project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them proactively.
• Maintain a risk register and regularly review risk mitigation measures with project teams.
• Implement contingency plans to address unforeseen issues and minimize project disruptions.
4.Quality Assurance:
• Establish quality standards and metrics for project deliverables.
• Conduct regular quality assessments to ensure compliance with established standards.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project quality and efficiency.
5.Reporting and Documentation:
• Prepare regular project status reports for stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, issues, and risks.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and decision logs.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on project data and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in the IT or consulting industry.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is desirable but not required.
