Job Description
We are seeking Project Manager to join our Breast and Skeletal Health to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for coalescing the global quality strategy and leading programs for the Breast and Skeletal Health division organizing cross-functional activities, ensuring completion of programs/projects, and supporting status updates to leadership.
What to Expect:
- Manage annual global Quality Strategy and Planning process to support multiple franchises and commercial strategies within the Breast and Skeletal division.
- Owns overall Quality portfolio and coordination of activities to successfully execute to program timelines including downstream implementation activities.
- Functions in a leadership role and leads large, complex, technically challenging programs consisting of cross-functional teams.
- Owns success factors such as progress, schedule, budget, project risks and resource or needs gaps and maintaining effective communication to all stakeholders.
- Lead development and execution of Quality project plans, and timelines for domestic and international Quality activities to support Quality strategy and other major initiatives.
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies associated with project.
- Prepare and present program status, provide escalation communications to key stakeholders as needed. Identify and facilitate program and product risk identification throughout the program cycle, ensure effective mitigations in place; monitor risks throughout the program; transfers documentation.
- Utilize Design Control phase / gate process to execute the program. Adhere to business process and all applicable QMS process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, R&D, R&D PMO, Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, and International to ensure project success.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders, providing regular project updates and progress reports to leadership.
- Conduct project post-mortems to identify areas for improvement and best practices to be shared across the organization.
What We Expect:
- Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience.
- Regulated product industry experience, medical device perferred.
- Experience in delivering global product introductions, with consideration of regional commercial collateral needs to the satisfaction of the global Quality landscape.
- Ability to lead and motivate a high performing team; efficiently direct and coordinate the work of others.
- Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively at all levels in a matrix organization to build and maintain the positive relationships required to accomplish project goals.
