Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 base salary, plus bonus and benefits

THE ROLE: PROJECT MANAGER, COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION
As a Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of commercial construction projects from pre-construction to final delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently achieved. You’ll collaborate with a skilled team of professionals and trade partners, while maintaining a client-focused approach to ensure each project is a success.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing projects from $5 million to $50 million, including both new builds and tenant improvement initiatives.
• Developing project budgets, schedules, and scopes of work while collaborating with pre-construction and site teams.
• Ensuring strong communication with stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Leading project teams to deliver high-quality, on-time results.
• Monitoring safety, quality control, and compliance with all regulatory standards.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
• 5+ years of experience leading commercial construction projects, including new builds and tenant improvements.
• Proven ability to manage projects up to $30 million in value.
• A background in commercial, healthcare, education, or institutional projects is an asset.
• A results-driven mindset with exceptional problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Post-secondary education in construction management, engineering, or related fields is preferred.
