We are seeking to add an experienced Condominium Property Manager to our team.
What you will be doing:
- Managing the day to day operations of the corporation
- Managing relationships with directors, owners, contractors, employees
- Supervising all building employees and contractors
- Preparing for and attending board meetings and annual general meetings
- Ensuring compliance with the Declaration, By-laws and Rules of the Corporation
- Ensuring emergency procedures are current and implemented
- Ensuring preventive and seasonal maintenance programs are current and implemented
The successful candidate will have:
- CMRAO License required (General License)
- University Degree or College Diploma (considered an asset)
- Minimum 5 years experience in condominium management industry
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Condominium Manager
- Experience in supervising employees
