Recently, ROVR Development completed a number of significant projects, these include Biscayne 112 – a 402-unit luxury multifamily development on Biscayne Boulevard in Miami-Dade County, Grand Station Apartments – a 300-unit multi-family development in Downtown Miami, and The Fairchild – a 26-unit luxury boutique waterfront condominium in historic Coconut Grove, Florida.
ROVR Development has various projects currently under development or slated for commencement, including The District 225 – a 343-unit condominium in Downtown Miami, Griffin 441 – 180-unit multi-family project located in Hollywood, Florida, Arvella Apartments – a 290-unit multi-family project located on the Aventura waterfront, College Station – a 1,200-unit multi-family project in Downtown Miami, The River Rapids – a two phase 593-unit multifamily development in the Miami River waterfront, and the recently acquired Delaware Parkway – a three phase 1,000-unit multifamily project in Miami, Florida.

You will be essential to maintaining and updating our database in your capacity as a real estate data entry operator. You will be in charge of accurately entering a range of data to ensure that records are kept current and accurate. A keen attention to detail, good organizational abilities, and the ability to operate autonomously in a remote environment are required for this position.

Responsibilities
• Update and enter transactions, client information, and real estate data into the database.
• Examine and modify data to ensure its accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with your teammates to resolve any differences in the data.
• Be cautious of privacy and follow data security standards.
• Assist with the creation of reports and presentations based on the data obtained.
• Secretarial activities include filing, monitoring office supplies, scanning, and printing as needed.

Requirements
• A high school certificate or its equivalent; a bachelor's degree is ideal but not necessary.
• Solid background in data entry or a related field.
• Strong command of the language and procedures used in real estate.
• A strong command of computers, including the MS Office suite and data input programs.
• Remarkable precision and attention to detail.
• The capacity to operate autonomously with little guidance.
• Outstanding organizing and time management skills.
• Good communication abilities, particularly while working in a remote team.
