Role Overview: We are looking for a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor with NQ to 5 years' PQE to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive advice on all aspects of Commercial Property, working with a diverse range of clients and transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on the full suite of Commercial Property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and property development projects.


• Draft and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documents.


• Conduct due diligence and property investigations.


• Provide strategic guidance on property transactions and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.


• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients to achieve successful outcomes.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor in Ireland with NQ to 5 years' PQE.


• Experience in Commercial Property law within a medium-sized or large commercial firm.


• Strong understanding of property law and commercial real estate transactions.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
