Job Overview:

In this role, you will engage with potential candidates through prospecting calls, emails, and inbound inquiries and manage your candidate pipeline within your designated areas. With our team of experienced Subject Matter Experts, you will collaborate to identify candidates that best fit current and future hiring needs. You will sharpen your understanding of the recruiting landscape, master communication skills, and conquer the opportunity to disrupt traditional recruiting methods.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Become a trusted advisor and attract top talent for roles across the company, including professional sales representatives, clinical positions, administrative and other key positions of the company.
  • Execute detailed discovery to ensure the accuracy of candidate qualifications and promote efficiency in the recruitment timeline.
  • Engage with candidates at all stages of the recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and post-hiring support.
  • Work cross-functionally with other MRP teams to ensure candidate satisfaction and successful onboarding of MRP hires.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of quota-achieving recruiting experience; experience in aesthetic or medical device industries a plus.
  • Ability to effectively manage all stages of the recruiting funnel, from prospecting and lead development through hiring.
  • Successful track record of achieving assigned KPIs.
  • Experience negotiating offers, with experience in high-level offer negotiations a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work on-site in the Park City, Utah office, Monday through Friday.
