The Recruiter plays a key role in attracting and securing top talent to support our operational goals and workforce needs. This role has a large emphasis on recruitment, building relationships and ensuring the candidate experience is positive. The ideal candidate is energetic, proactive, has a sense of urgency, while having a proficient understanding of full cycle recruitment and one who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume casino environment
Essential Job Functions:
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including pre-interview preparations, interview scheduling, and post-interview follow-up, as well as offer extension.
- Ensure all departments adhere to standardized recruitment practices to maintain consistency across hiring efforts.
- Regularly assess and refine recruitment processes to meet evolving business needs.
- Implement improvements to increase efficiency, reduce time-to-hire, and enhance the quality of hires.
- Continuously update and nurture a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Proactively source, engage, and build relationships with potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain clear communication and provide timely feedback to candidates at each stage.
- Other reasonable duties as assigned.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATIONS:
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or GED; college degree and or staffing certifications preferred, not required.
- 3+ years of related experience (preferably as a full cycle recruiter)
- Preferred experience working with ATS (preferably Greenhouse) and market analysis platforms, (i/e Salary.com)
- Ability to navigate through Google Docs/Suite, proficient in Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Must show the ability to maintain an organized desk - that of a full cycle recruiter.
- Ability to handle high volume recruitment activity

Salary Range:
$50,000 - $82,500
