RSC2 is seeking a highly motivated Recruiter to support the RSC2 Corporate office. The recruiter will be responsible for working along side the Director of People Operations and the recruiting team developing effective recruiting strategies to identify and hire qualified candidates for government contract roles to fulfill critical mission objectives. Our contracts offer a diverse selection of labor categories, job types and locations across the globe. Requirements

Responsibilities: (will likely include, but not be limited to the following)

  • Develop relationships with internal program managers to understand hiring needs, and job specifications.
  • Write and post job descriptions on relevant platforms
  • Conduct phone screenings using our internal database, external sourcing platforms, and LinkedIn. 
  • Conduct full-cycle recruiting for primarily technical positions (e.g. cybersecurity engineers, software engineers, data architects, program/project managers, system/network engineers).  This involves sourcing, conducting initial phone screens, scheduling technical interviews, negotiating compensation, and working with the HR and security team to get the candidate through the offer letter and onboarding process.
  • Maintain database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other designations

 

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of and the ability to utilize Applicant Tracking Systems. Paylocity and Clearance Jobs preferred. 
  • Has successfully recruited a variety of technical positions within the government/DoD industry - with a staffing agency or another proactive sourcing environment – using job boards, social media, and Boolean searches to recruit passive candidates.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent people skills including collaboration, communication, presentation, and team building skills 
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • 10% travel required

 

Work Location: NJ & MD Hybrid. After 90 days remote possibilities
