Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team at Investments Optimized. As a Recruiter in the Staffing and Recruiting industry, you will play a vital role in attracting and hiring top talent for our company. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various positions within the organization. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about finding the right fit between candidates and our company.


Responsibilities:



  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies

  • Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks

  • Review resumes and applications to determine candidate suitability

  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess qualifications and fit

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers

  • Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

  • Perform reference checks and background screenings

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system

  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment

  • Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment processes and strategies


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role within the Staffing and Recruiting industry

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers

  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

  • Experience with diversity and inclusion recruitment strategies is a plus
