We are currently partnering with a global leader in the consumer goods space to recruit a Regional HR Manager based in Dubai. This pivotal role is responsible for driving the HR agenda across the region, ensuring alignment with corporate goals, and fostering a high-performing culture that supports business success.
What You’ll be Doing…
- Leading HR strategy and operations across the region, aligning with global objectives and ensuring local compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Driving talent acquisition, retention, and development strategies to build a robust pipeline of future leaders.
- Partnering with senior leadership to implement performance management frameworks and employee engagement initiatives.
- Overseeing compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with market standards.
- Championing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to create a collaborative and inclusive workplace.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders on all people-related matters, including organizational design, change management, and workforce planning.
- Managing relationships with external partners and vendors, such as recruitment agencies, training providers, and legal consultants.
Who You Are…
- A minimum of 7-10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a regional role.
- Strong background in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development, ideally within the FMCG sector.
- Deep understanding of labor laws and HR best practices across the Middle East region.
- Proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders in a matrix organization.
- A proactive and strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
