We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our client's Operating Room (OR) team in Lake Havasu City, AZ.


Position: Registered Nurse - Operating Room (OR)


Location: Lake Havasu City, AZ

Shift: Day shift, 8 hours shift with rotating on-call

Salary:
$78,000.00 - $101,000.00

$20,000.00 sign-on/relocation bonus for a commitment of 3 years

Must-Haves


1 RN- Associates required / BSN or higher preferred


2 Arizona Registered Nurse License or compact license required on hire.


3 Minimum 2 years RN experience in a general OR


4 ACLS required upon hire


Nice-To-Haves

2 Laser/Safety Officer certification

Position Summary:


Performs initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition. Establishes a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient according to his or her capabilities and desires. Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate to care team, physician, patient, and family. Collaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
