Everyday Will Be Different but Your Primary Duties Include:
- Assists and follows directions from the Director of Property Management.
- Determines rental amounts, deposits, and fees, and directs marketing and advertising for properties.
- Prepares or prompts preparation of rental agreements or renewals and collects specified rents, deposits, and fees.
- Directs functions for upkeep and maintenance costs, arranging alterations, maintenance, or reconditioning as necessary.
- Manages turnover work to ensure vendors meet rent-ready deadlines and provides updates to the owner and marketing.
- Follows legal guidelines and procedures, including assistance with tenant evictions as needed.
- Reports on occupancy rates, lease expirations, and provides financial reporting.
- Provides clients with regular marketing activity reports, results, and feedback to improve market positioning.
- Assists with acquiring new Single Family rental accounts for management.
