Shares responsibility for the directing and supervising of all activities pertaining to staffing, staff training, food purchasing and production, guest service, sanitation and operating profits.
Responsible for the development, guidance and supervision of shift leaders and staff. Responsible for promoting good employee relations, guest experience through service programs by implementing company practices, policies and standards.
Observation of personnel appearance, efficiency, behavior and abilities for adherence to company standards. Consult with co-managers and recommend and replace staff as needed.
Responsible for maintaining proper procedures for hiring, ordering, receiving and storage of food and beverage items.
Responsible for employee hygiene and maintaining general offices’ information flow, guest and employee safety.
Make final inspections before and after shifts and participate in each service period by seating guests, monitoring food production or filling in or assisting in as needed in various positions.
Reports to the Owners, and General Manager.
Maintains a close relationship with the marketing department, property owner, police and fire department and co-management team.
