Job Description

The purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including generating contracts, sourcing documentation for calculating termination fees, creating losing notifications, and addressing queries within specified SLAs.

 

Salary: £22,308 per annum
Location: Nelson
Working Hours:
 Monday to Friday – 08:30 – 17:00 (37.5hrs)

 

Key Responsibilites:

  • Oversee and manage team mailboxes to ensure timely responses.
  • Calculate termination fees and initiate tasks to align billing with service end dates.
  • Create sales opportunities and support sales efforts.
  • Distribute contracts via e-signature and coordinate with customers to ensure completion.
  • Generate and place customer orders.
  • Address and resolve contract-related queries and issues with rejected orders.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet framework standards, SLAs, and KPIs.
  • Compile reports with narrative explanations and insights.
  • Perform any additional assignments as needed.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in administration is preferred.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to thoroughly checking work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Effective communicator with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Skilled in clear and professional email communication.
  • Demonstrates persistence and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Capable of working under pressure to meet set SLAs.
  • Eager to self-learn and continuously develop new skills.
  • Familiarity with internal CRM systems and databases is advantageous.
