What are we looking for?


  • Good grasp of IT software systems.

  • Able to use Data effectively.

  • Ability to understand and pick up systems and processes quickly.

  • Strong organisational skills.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects or tasks concurrently.

  • Commercial acumen, understanding the potential impact of your work on the business or customer.

  • Experience in a customer-centric and administrative/ project based role.

What will my responsibilities be?


  • Respond to all incoming inquiries.

  • Log leads and inquiries to support internal data capture and reporting.

  • Efficiently manage the team's diary and conduct follow-ups as required.

  • Enhance current processes and develop new ones to streamline the sales process and improve results.

  • Represent the company in alignment with our brand values and behaviours.

  • Achieve KPIs based on daily activity, pipeline management.

  • Assist in meeting new workstation sales targets across the portfolio and manage the commercial relationship with clients moving forward.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills.

  • Ensure compliance with all company processes and procedures.

  • Use company systems and software to present information in a timely manner.

  • Present information effectively for both internal and external audiences.

  • Develop a reputation for excellence, honesty, and integrity with clients and the wider industry in all actions.
