This role focuses on converting inbound leads into meetings for our Business Development Managers (BDMs).
Responsibilities:
- Engage with inbound leads promptly to qualify potential customers.
- Conduct thorough qualification calls to understand customer needs and readiness to purchase.
- Schedule meetings between qualified leads and Business Development Managers.
- Classify leads to determine if they are ready to buy now or later.
- Ensure our product offerings align with customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and lead status in CRM systems.
- Collaborate closely with BDMs to optimize lead conversion strategies.
- Continuously learn and stay updated on Bnberryβs products and the hospitality industry.
Requirements - Proven experience in the hospitality industry.
- Business or sales degree preferred.
- Strong active listening skills and ability to understand customer needs.
- High level of self-confidence and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work diligently on inbound leads to maximize conversion rates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
