We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join our growing team, in Midwest. The territory includes Nebraska, South Dakota, and North Dakota
As the Regional Sales Manager for our Midwest market, you’ll be responsible for driving revenue by selling and managing the installation of our athletic surfaces, with a focus on outdoor track and field, indoor fieldhouses. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with schools, universities, and architectural firms to introduce our industry-leading products and solutions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Sales Leadership:** Drive revenue by generating sales from general contractors, subcontractors, and athletic facilities in Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota.
- **Client Engagement:** Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders including school administrators, architects, engineers, and contractors to secure contracts and promote our surfacing solutions.
- **Product Presentations:** Deliver engaging product presentations to potential clients, review existing facilities, provide conceptual designs, and recommend specifications for bid documents.
- **Project Oversight:** Manage the sales process from start to finish, ensuring customer satisfaction from pre-installation through to post-installation.
- **Sales Tracking:** Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline in Salesforce.com, track leads and opportunities, and provide regular reports to management.
- **Trade Shows & Networking:** Represent Beynon Sports at industry trade shows and follow up on leads to generate new business opportunities.
- **Customer Relationships:** Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through regular communication.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in construction, building materials, architectural firms or sports facilities.
- Experience in construction management and specification development, particularly in relation to premium products.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
**Travel:** This role requires up to 50% travel, Monday – Friday.
