Position Overview: Tax and Compliance Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and interpret tax regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Prepare annual reports and state compliance filings.
• Reconcile general ledger balances for tax accounts.
• Prepare various sales tax returns and annual reports.
• Review annual federal and state income tax returns.
• Assist with financial and sales tax audits.
• Conduct analytical research and prepare special reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a Business related field.
• 3+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong analytical and tax law knowledge.
• Proficiency in Adobe, Microsoft Office Suite, ERP systems, and especially Excel.

Location:

• Woodstock, GA 

Work Schedule:

• Flexible Hybrid

Salary:

• $65,000 - $75,000 plus year-end bonus based on company performance.
