Omega Security Services Pty Ltd (ABN 46 114 100 962) are seeking experienced DIDO Security Officers to work remotely at our villages in Mildura and surrounds on an ongoing full-time basis.

• 7 days on 7 days off – 12-hour days


• Rotating day/ night roster with night shift penalties


• Full Time yearly salary of $78,262

The Role:

The role is responsible for the provision and supervision of effective and responsive security services across the village. Due to the nature of the work environment, you will be interacting with clients, residents, visitors, staff and contractors daily. As such, you will be a confident communicator and will be able to respond to queries in a professional manner. 

Applications from Mildura and surrounds are encouraged to apply on a Drive-in Drive-out basis.

Specifically, we are looking for candidates from local areas including, but not limited to Mildura, Broken Hill, and Swan Hill. We will provide all meals and accommodation whilst you are at work.

The Position:

• Ensure site integrity and safety


• Site access control for people and vehicles


• Mobile security checks of site perimeter, camp and lay-down areas


• Maintain daily security logs


• Emergency response and incident control


• Crowd control for bar and tavern areas

The Person

• Have at least 1 year on the job experience 


• Minimum qualification of Certificate III Security operations


• Hold a valid NSW Security Officers license class 1A and 1C


• RSA: Responsible service of alcohol qualification - Desired


• First Aid + CPR Certificate


• White Card - Desired


• Drivers Licence & reliable transport
