Seeking Mobile Maintenance Technician/Handyman - Washington DC/NOVA and surrounding areas

Maximum Handyman is a commercial-only handyman services company looking for experienced technicians.

Ideal skills include knowledge of repair for (but not limited to): asphalt, ballasts, brick/cinderblock work, cabinetry/woodworking, caulk, tile work, drop ceilings, concrete, cove base, demolition, commercial doors and hardware, door closers, drywall repair, electrical, fences, flushometers, framing, FRP, glasswork, laminate, moving/hauling, painting, pest control, plumbing, spackling, VCT tile, and welding.

Electrical and/or plumbing experience is a plus.

Requirements:

Excellent customer communication skills

Good at troubleshooting

Experienced in multiple areas of repair

Must be able to work unsupervised

This is a full-time position that comes with a company vehicle (personal use permitted), and a company phone.

Benefits available after 90-day probationary period.

Compensation is based on experience.
