Responsibilities:
Ensure adherence and completion of regular weekly and daily activities.
Management and coordination of the Customer Service Team activities.
Primary administrator for selected Key Accounts
Performance of twice-yearly Performance Reviews for the Customer Service Team.
Monitor performance of the Customer Service Team Scorecard.
Duties:
Order Processing, including Purchase Order review and order tracking
Quotation processing in support of the Sales Team
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Provide timely communications with customers to provide availability, shipping, and order status.
Maintain and update customer data as required.
Skills and Qualifications:
Associate Degree in Business or 3+ years’ experience in a similar role.
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to learn and navigate new software systems quickly
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
