Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst

Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in our corporate office in Newtown Square. Reporting directly to the Chief Administrative Officer, the Senior Financial Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting our rapid growth by providing insightful financial analysis, building Board-level materials, and driving forecasting activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Forecasting:
- Collaborate with senior leadership and other departments to develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts.
- Provide regular updates on financial performance and projections.
- Board-Level Reporting:
- Prepare comprehensive and insightful financial reports, metrics, and presentations for Board meetings.
- Convey complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
- Data Analysis:
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful insights.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with the Chief Administrative Officer, senior leadership, and the accounting team to ensure alignment on financial goals and reporting.
- Communicate financial insights to non-financial stakeholders in an accessible manner.
- Professional Development:
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Continuously improve financial analysis processes and methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 2-5 years of relevant financial analysis experience.
- Previous experience in private equity or investment banking is advantageous.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, with a focus on finance, accounting, or a related field.
- MBA in finance desired but not required.
- Skills:
- Exceptional proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large sets of data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Career Growth Potential:
- The ideal candidate should have the potential to grow into a VP of Financial Planning role within Company or a Senior Associate/ Vice President position within one of our private equity firms.
