We are looking for a Senior IT Business Systems Analyst to join the Identity and Access Management (IAM) technical solutions team, to help lead and deliver the requirements gathering, workflow optimization documentation, and training material development for the IAM Program.
On a day-to-day basis, the role focuses on supporting a scrum team of Business Systems Analysts, SailPoint IIQ, ServiceNow developers, and IAM engineers to deliver capability enhancements and Application Onboarding support to our Identity and Access Management program. The position requires deep insight into IAM technologies and best practices as well as a strong familiarity with SailPoint IIQ, directory repositories such as Active Directory and IAM industry best practices. The role requires a level of innovation and thought leadership to participate in discussion and prioritization of IAM activities and the development/refinement of associated workflows.
This position is being offered in Toronto or London, Ontario and Winnipeg, Manitoba
What you will do
Provide Consultative services to ensure requirements are in compliance with CL Standards
Participate in all aspects of onboarding testing as needed, this may include:
Test case scenarios creation and assisting with test case writing
Assisting with DEV, SAI (UAT) and PIV testing
Provide support with tasks and ad-hoc requests as required
Find and implement solutions to improve the efficiency of the onboarding process.
Report on Authentication onboarding progress and metrics.
Review, analyze, and define onboarding requirements as reflected in the requirement document that application teams provide and contribute to the technical development specifications by ensuring that requirements for onboarding have been met
What you will bring
5-10 years IAM experience preferably as a Business Systems Analyst with progressively increasing responsibilities in the areas of requirements management in small to medium projects.
4-8 years of experience with authentication services/SSO (Azure AD, Okta, etc.) and an understanding of security protocols such as LDAP-S, SAML, WS-Federation, SCIM, OAuth, and OIDC
Deadline-driven and results-oriented; able to meet consistently high-quality standards while handling a variety of tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Data analysis and reporting skills / Solid understanding and experience with SDLC
Ability to adapt to constantly changing technical, regulatory, and compliance environments
Experience working on multiple assignments and tasks concurrently, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines while handling stressful situations with emotional intelligence

The base salary for this position is between $68,700.00- $126,000.00 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
