Under the supervision of the IT Director, the Senior Systems Implementation Analyst applies analytical skills to requests for IT service - which may be high level and / or lacking in detail - to define and document requirements to satisfy IT customer objectives. The focus of this position is to be the key IT contact for Infor application for General ledger, procurement, supply chain and to be the liaison between the information technology team and other project teams. Under the supervision of the Director, the Sr Systems Analyst is responsible for implementing, upgrading, supporting applications and ensuring data quality and integrity. Ensures projects and information services are delivered timely and in line with the mission and strategic objectives of Independence Health System.
