Main purpose of the role:

Simmons Adaptive are actively seeking support from Private Equity Real Estate lawyers, who can start immediately.

This assignment will be to support our growing team at Simmons, in London. You will be working on challenging, complex, high-value and often high profile PERE transactions.

Person specification:

• You are a qualified lawyer with significant experience in PERE  and corporate transactions in the UK.
• Previous private practice experience in the UK is highly desired.
• You will have strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate complex analysis in a clear and concise manner.
• You are able to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines.
• You can work autonomously but can also collaborate as part of the wider team.
• You will be required to hold the relevant right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
