Job Summary:
As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the online presence of our real estate company across various social media platforms. Your role involves creating and curating engaging content, developing social media campaigns, and building relationships with potential clients. You will work closely with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall business goals, increase brand awareness, and drive engagement and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Social Media Strategy:
- Create, plan, and execute social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
- Identify target audience preferences and create content tailored to their interests.

Content Creation and Management:
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content, including text, images, videos, and infographics, for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
- Develop content calendars to ensure consistent posting and content flow.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality visuals and videos.

Community Engagement:
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster relationships with followers, influencers, and potential clients to build a strong online community.
- Organize and manage social media events, contests, and giveaways to increase engagement.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or native platform analytics.
- Identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Provide monthly performance reports to the marketing manager and suggest actionable insights.

Lead Generation and Conversion:
- Utilize social media platforms to drive traffic to the company website and generate leads.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure social media efforts align with lead generation goals.
- Develop and optimize paid social media campaigns to increase reach and conversions.

Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with the marketing team, sales team, and other departments to align social media activities with broader marketing and business strategies.
- Coordinate with external agencies, influencers, and partners for content creation and promotion.

Stay Updated on Industry Trends:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Experiment with new content formats, trends, and tools to enhance social media presence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and web traffic metrics is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation techniques is an advantage.
