What we need�
A Software Developer II to design and program special requests, enhancements, conversions and defect repairs, in a day-to-day production environment. This position works closely with analysts in a fast-paced environment providing customer solutions within our core processor, Insight, and works on a collaborative team.

What you�ll do�

Review inputs, processes and outputs and code needed changes and/or corrections
- Develop operator instructions where necessary

Troubleshoot systems problems and assist the analyst with mapping and coding
- Handle Customer Service questions concerning existing and/or new functionality
- Train internal staff on application changes or functionality of enhancements
- Provide support for off-hours production issues
- Assist in testing functionality; research any issues discovered
- Work on possible follow up testing
- Assist Customer Service with writing release notes and system documentation
- Prepare project status reports as required
- May prepare sizing/work estimated for assigned enhancements
What you�ll bring�
- Bachelor�s degree is preferred for this role but will consider appropriate work experience and/or relevant certifications.
- 2-3 years programming in comparable work environment
- Knowledge of several high-level programming languages, including MS SQL, Oracle PL/SQL and C#
- Knowledge of OO concepts, Relational Database concepts, Database Management concepts and Client/Server concepts
- Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithms, equations and permutations to problems
- Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as amortizations, schedules, frequency distributions, internal rates of return, analyses of variance and correlation techniques
- This job requires working with and understanding confidential information
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management both orally and in writing
- Office conditions
- Some weekend work and weeks working over 40 hours required
Salary range for this role is $75000-$85380 annually
