Our Charities practice is part of our Private Client department, where all Partners provide advice to charities and their trustees, as well as to private clients on philanthropic giving and testamentary wishes. You will assist Partners in providing this advice, alongside offering more general estate planning advice and preparing testamentary documents.
Your primary focus will be on Charity work, helping the firm to develop a standalone Charities practice. This will build on our strong history of representing several large charities and handling reporting, accounting, and compliance for many more.
