Medline is seeking an S/4 HANA EWM Business Analyst to join our S/4 Manufacturing Product support team. The right candidate will enjoy working with a growing team in a growing and fast paced organization.


Activities include leading the operational support, enhancements, and release management of the S/4 Manufacturing systems. The right person will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the S4 HANA EWM solution. This will include working directly with business leaders to solve business problems, managing solution governance, reviewing solution quality, managing systems upgrades and enhancements, and spearheading key continuous improvement initiatives and solution decisions/roadmaps in the future. This person will also be responsible for working on the solution extension for business growth areas, including fit/gap against the template Medline solution, new system build elements, testing and regression testing, deployment, and support/defect resolution. The S4 HANA EWM stream encompasses all manufacturing/procurement processes. Not only will you provide support for the S4 HANA EWM business processes, you will also share your expertise in the end-to-end supply chain process and its key integration with MFG, Supply Chain and Finance.

The responsibilities of the position include:

  • Understand Medline business processes in Manufacturing, Supply chain and warehouse related areas.
  • Support, architect, design and help with requirements elicitation in EWM module within SAP S/4 and SAP ECC systems integration.
  • Lead the design and implementation of an SAP EWM project deliverables including blue prints, functional and technical specifications, system configuration, testing, training and go-live support.
  • 3+years of functional EWM experience, and hands-on required with an emphasis on:
    • Organizational Structures
    • Inbound processes and Outbound processes
    • Production Staging and Replenishment
    • Physical Inventory
    • Quality Management Integration
    • Post Processing Framework and RF Mobile Framework
  • Gather and document functional/business requirements from users & sponsors.
  • Author & communicate business process designs, business systems designs and system test plans.
  • Schedule & perform design walk-throughs with development teams and end users.
  • Support the development of team members during detailed design & coding phase.
  • Rollout (Data migration and cutover) & Production support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field or commiserate experience.
  • Excellent business knowledge around manufacturing processes.
  • 7+ years total SAP systems experience implementing S/4 and ECC EWM/WM solutions.
  • Strong functional and business knowledge in different SAP MM & PP modules a plus.
  • Experience in SAP Fiori is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of EDI functions and use.
  • Experience with labelling software such as OpenText Document Presentment.
  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong continuous improvement mindset.
  • Strong knowledge of agile delivery techniques and tools.
  • Ability to organize & balance multiple projects/priorities.
  • Experience with FDA, global trade compliance practices and import procedures a plus.
  • Must be self-motivated with capability to work independently.
  • Availability for 10-15% overnight domestic travel.

The anticipated salary range for this position:

$110,240.00 - $165,360.00 Annual

The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
