Latitude is hiring a Sr. Technical Recruiter for our Information Technology staffing team in our Hanover, MD office. We are a quality focused full-service Recruitment firm supporting clients with contract and direct placement services across many different industries, mostly within the IT/Technology Arena. The ideal candidate is looking to produce but take the next step to manage a small team of recruiters and more.
Latitude is a small but growing firm, looking for energetic, motivated, sales driven professionals that have aspirations for leadership opportunities. Our placements are about 70% technology based positions with the other 30% a mix of various other positions. You would have the opportunity to support all of our openings.
Responsibilities of the Sr. Technical Recruiter
· Source candidates for our clients’ open jobs utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, ClearanceJobs, Indeed, Monster, ZoomInfo, and more.
· Lead, manage, and train Technical Recruiters that are part of your team
· Post jobs through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), review applicants, and screen for technical fit.
· Manage the full recruiting life cycle from initial point of contact to the end of their contract or engagement with us, including submitting to the hiring manager, preparing candidates for interviews, negotiating salary, checking references, assisting with onboarding, and more.
· Maintain a high level of production-related candidate outreach and recruitment activity
· Prepare candidates for interviews; perform salary negotiations; deliver offers and contracts throughout the recruitment process
Qualifications of the Sr. Technical Recruiter:
· Previous Recruiting experience in IT, Engineering, Finance, or other related Agency Staffing
· Willingness to work on site at our Hanover, MD office. We are primarily an on-site company but can have flexibility
· Experience working in a metrics-driven, preferably commission-earning environment
· Competitiveness and high level of money motivation
· Ability to meet and surpass minimum weekly, monthly, and quarterly activity goals
· Willingness to utilize networking and referrals to recruit potential talented candidates
· Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent or related work experience
Compensation:
· Competitive Base Salary (Negotiable starting at $60,000)
· Uncapped Commissions
