ABOUT THE ROLE


As the Staff Accountant, your responsible for performing bank reconciliations and assisting with month-end closing activities


YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Perform bank reconciliations for 100 centers reconciliation software. Research and reconcile all discrepancies.

  • Compile unmatched transaction reports and collaborate with the Revenue Cycle Management team to resolve issues.

  • Upload banking reports into reconciliation software monthly.

  • Assist with month-end closing activities (journal entries, revenue recognition, account reconciliations and analyses) with efficiency and accuracy.

  • Assist in data analytics by using various systems and tools to support digital automation initiatives.

  • Work collaboratively with the corporate accounting and finance team members to achieve accurate and timely results.

  • Other duties as assigned.


 


YOUR QUALIFICATIONS



  • Bachelor of Science (“BS”)/ Bachelor of Arts (“BA”) in Accounting, Finance, or related field is the minimum requirement

  • At least 3-4 years’ experience in accounting

  • Office experience within an accounting environment preferred

  • Solid understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (“GAAP”) accounting preferred
