The Systems Analyst II serves as the liaison between the staff, technology teams, and support teams. This position manages projects; trains staff; creates documentation; implements and assists in the maintenance of software in the Health and Human Services area; and is the primary contact for technical related requests from Health and Human Services to IT.
This position will perform a combination of job duties relating to some Information Technology support as well as clinical systems analysis.
