The Federal Group has an exciting position available for an energetic and dynamic individual to join our team.


 


This full-time position is responsible for supporting the Hospitality Systems Team Leader in administering all Hospitality Systems (point of sale, stock control, online ordering, gift cards) within Federal Hospitality, to ensure smooth customer transactions, integrity of data, and access to information. 


 


Based at Wrest Point, and reporting into the Procurement team this is a great opportunity to broaden your skills.


 


To succeed you will have:



  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service

  • Ability to learn new computer systems, and knowledge of point-of-sale systems, or ability to acquire

  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment

  • Understanding of front and back of house hospitality operations

  • Ability to troubleshoot issues

  • Excellent communication skills; and

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adhering to deadlines.
