RSM Canada is looking for a Tax Senior Manager to join our expanding tax practice. This role provides an opportunity to join a specialty area within the firm's rapidly expanding international tax practice, focused on our clients in the asset management and real estate sectors.
As a Tax Senior Manager, you will use your expertise to provide inbound and outbound international tax consulting and compliance services to multi-national clients with foreign investors and global investments. You will also help lead our growth, seize new business opportunities, and work closely with RSM Canada and U.S. Partners.
Candidates must be curious, critical thinkers and have the desire to solve complex domestic and cross border issues for our internationally focused clients. As you grow, you will develop the analytical skills necessary for the effective diagnosis, development and implementation of solutions to clients' tax needs. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
Compensation Range: $110,500 - $188,000Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
