Educational Requirements:
● Bachelor in any discipline (preferable in Business)
Job Responsibilities:
✅ Ordering placement for translators and interpreters
✅ Scheduling management of translators, interpreters, etc.
✅ Inquiries and quotations via the Web, e-mail, etc.
✅ Responding to various inquiries
✅ Preparing quotations and receiving orders
✅ Other translation/interpretation related works
Requirements:
- Experience 1/2years
- For Japanese nationals: TOEIC 800 or higher or English above business level
- For foreign nationals, N1 or above in Japanese, TOEIC 800 or above, or English above business level
- Must have the passion in developing career in the translation and interpreting industries
- Those who can share our desire to "provide opportunities for talented foreigners to play their roles
- We place more importance on the ability to follow the rules within the team and group companies than on experience

Salary:280000 yen to 500000 yen
- Overtime of 18 hours will be paid separately
- Determined according to our regulations, taking into account experience, ability, age, etc.
- There is a trial period of 3 months (there is no change in treatment during the period)
Salary increase/Bonus:
- Salary increase / Determined every 6 months or 1 year based on the individual's performance and the company's performance
- Performance-linked bonus/up to four times a year
- 20% of net income will be used as the source of funds for settlement of accounts every three months, and will be paid based on our own assessment criteria
Allowances:
- Transportation expenses (up to 27,000 yen/month)
- Overtime allowance (we do not recommend overtime)
