Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s in any discipline (preferable in Marketing)

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a contact person for a translation company that provides multilingual services such as translation and interpretation in 180 languages.

The job consists primarily of 80% dealing with client inquiries and quotations and 20% correspondence with translators and other staff.

・Inquiries and quotations via the web and e-mail

・Schedule management for translators and interpreters

・Ordering of translators and interpreters

・Other related translation and interpretation work

・Other translation/interpretation related work.

Requirements:

・For Japanese nationals: TOEIC 800 or higher or English above business level

・For foreign nationals, N1 or above in Japanese, TOEIC 800 or above, or English above business level.

・No experience or new graduates are welcome.
・Those interested in the translation and interpreting industries.

Salary:
*Monthly salary of 240,000 or more (including expected overtime allowance of 18 hours / 30,000 yen)*Additional payment will be made for over 18 hours.
*Determined according to our regulations, taking into account experience, ability, age, etc.
* There is a trial period of 3 months (there is no change in treatment during the period).
* Transportation expenses (up to 27,000 yen/month)

Salary increase/Bonus:

Salary increase / Determined every 6 months or 1 year based on the individual's performance and the company's performance
Performance-linked bonus/up to four times a year
20% of net income will be used as the source of funds for settlement of accounts every three months, and will be paid based on our own assessment criteria
