Schedule: 13-week Contract
Day Shift 40 hours, (4x10, 0700-1730)

 

 

Job Summary

ATC Healthcare is seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technician for a Radiology unit assignment in Stuart, FL. The Cath Lab Technician is responsible for preparing patients for procedures, operating imaging equipment, and collaborating with physicians to ensure the highest quality of care. A thorough understanding of human anatomy and physiology, as well as the technical aspects of imaging equipment and procedures, is essential.

 

Responsibilities

  • Performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures within a Cath lab
  • Sterilizing tools and maintaining a clean laboratory
  • Maintaining accurate patient documentation in compliance with hospital protocols
  • Following radiation safety procedures and guidelines

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 18 months of exp in specialty, 2 years preferred
  • First-time Travelers: Yes
  • Certifications: ARRT and FL state license REQUIRED; AHA ACLS and BLS, **RCIS also preferred in addition to the required certs.
  • Charting: none required
  • On-Call:
  • Weekend Requirement: discuss with manager
  • COVID & FLU: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only
  • Locals allowed: No, requires that your permanent residence is more than 75 miles from location
  • RTO Restrictions: All RTO must be included at time of submission
  • Special Requirements: Seeking Scrub Technologist specializing in Cath Lab
  • SMOKE FREE FACILITY: All travelers must be Nicotine free, no exceptions! Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (cotinine) DS required
