Utility Worker - Wastewater Treatment Facility

This is a temporary position that could become a full time benefited position.

Background check, drug screen and drivers report required.

Shift: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm

Responsibilities:

Assists in the installation, operation and maintenance of water distribution, sewer collection systems, and water treatment plant.

• Assists in the installation, maintenance operation, and repair of systems includes but is not limited to the physical structures such as valves, pumps, meters, screens, water taps, manholes, and any other stationary or mobile equipment necessary, and required for proper operations of these systems.
• Records data collected from conducting readings of equipment gauges and assists in the generation of associated reports.
• Performs routine maintenance on equipment
• This position required to be available on an on-call basis for emergencies; Daily and punctual attendance in the office and/or job site or off-site locations is required

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or possession of a GED Certificate (Required)
• Possession of a valid Driver’s License (Required)
