Responsibilities:
- Assist with literature reviews and data collection using various online databases (PubMed, Google Scholar, etc.)
- Data entry and management using spreadsheets and specialized software.
- Assist in the preparation of research protocols, manuscripts, presentations, and grant proposals.
- Maintain accurate and organized research records.
- Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings.
- Communicate effectively with research team members.
- Other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., biology, pre-med, public health) preferred but not required. Final year candidate is considered if relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and research methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with literature review and data analysis a plus.
