Serves as an integral part of the Volunteer Services team and supports strategies from recruitment, onboarding, orientation, placement, training, program development and implementation at all campuses in assigned region. The program manager plays a hands-on role in achieving department objectives related to participant satisfaction, program quality/impact and retention goals. S/he coordinates daily operations including team leadership, vision and general supervision of department staff and volunteers while maintaining strong internal and external relationships. The coordinator has diverse yet substantive job responsibilities that reflect the goal of providing seamless support to the guests, patients, and staff of Geisinger.Job Duties:
