Description

Sunflower Bank is looking for an energetic, highly motivated individual to fill the position of a full-time Wealth Management Account Administrator at our Denver, CO location.


This position will require to be local to Colorado 


Summary

The Wealth Management Account Administrator must have exceptional leadership, communication, sales and project management skills. This position must have the ability to obtain knowledge of Wealth Management administration, the ability to positively interact with all divisions of Sunflower Bank, N.A. to develop and achieve goals in accordance with the parameters defined by management.


Salary: 67-75k Pay is dependent on knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, and location.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Administration of trust and agency account relationships including:
  • Account reviews
  • Trade and realignment authorizations
  • Prepare and process new account and closing account paperwork
  • Cash disbursement approvals
  • Client lead contact and relationship manager
  • Attend regularly scheduled Wealth Management team meetings.

Addtionally

  • Work with other wealth team members to achieve daily, weekly and monthly goals.
  • Develop processes and procedures to ensure superb client account administration.
  • Effectively manage time by prioritizing urgent tasks.
  • Attend all training as requested to increase administration knowledge.
  • Perform the job in accordance with applicable industry laws and regulations as well as the policies and procedures established by the company.
  • Responsible for upholding Fair and Responsible Banking practices and Code of Ethics and Conduct guidelines.
  • Understand and participate in the Bank’s Community Reinvestment Act program.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education / Experience

  • Bachelors Degree in business, finance or other related field preferred
  • Exceptional reasoning and judgement skills
  • Exceptional detail and organization skills
  • Time management skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must have a professional appearance and manner
  • Must be able to work flexible hours
  • Some travel may be required
  • Must be bondable.
