Serve as the primary point of contact for all Workday-related issues, troubleshooting, and resolving defects with testing, configurations, and integrations.
Take ownership of the Workday platform, ensuring all systems are functioning correctly and meeting business needs.
Train end-users on Workday functionality and provide ongoing support and guidance.
Work closely with the HRIS team and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions to enhance system performance.
Convert business requirements into technical specifications and configure Workday accordingly.
Test production changes and updates to ensure they meet quality standards and do not impact system functionality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new reports and functionalities as needed.
Provide suggestions for process improvements and optimize Workday workflows to increase efficiency.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Workday, staying up-to-date on new features and functionalities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in Workday system administration or analysis, with a focus on implementation and post-implementation support.
Strong technical skills and understanding of Workday configurations, integrations, and reporting.
Experience with troubleshooting and resolving defects in a Workday environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working in an enterprise environment is preferred.
Workday certification is not required but is a plus.
