Zaber Technologies is looking for an Order Fulfillment Float who will be responsible for floating up and down the order fulfillment chain (order entry, testing, picking, packing, and shipping) to help where needed and to recommend and implement end-to-end process improvement and automation changes.

Ability to manage multiple technologies (and computer screens) at a given time; inbound phone calls, multiple e-mail inboxes, our in-house ERP and CRM, shipping software, etc.
University degree or diploma, preferably with a technical or business focus
Your main responsibility will be to collaborate on a daily basis with Sales and Production team members to discover and resolve potential order and delivery issues before they happen, all the while considering process and automation-related improvements.
Processing Orders: receive, sanity check, enter, and confirm purchase orders, including preparing quotes, setting up credit terms, following up on outstanding payments
Outgoing Product Testing: testing of finished products; upgrades to the testing apparatus
Picking: Receive and check incoming pick tickets, proactively ensure availability of products and accessories, deliver complete orders to the packer with all necessary parts/accessories included
Packing Outgoing Shipments: Prepare and pack customer orders; build crates or custom packaging as needed; assist in developing and improving packaging; assist in maintaining the shipping/receiving area to ensure a clean and safe work environment
Shipping: working with customers, carriers, automated shipping systems, and customs to have orders shipped globally
