Job Description:

The Stainless Annealer Operator will be required to safely perform all duties involving the operation and troubleshooting of the annealing furnace, and meet all engineering procedures, quality control procedures, and all other procedures and controls set forth by management. Will run wire through coating baths, cleaning systems, and drying process. Operators will transport unfinished wire to the next stage of production using lift truck or crane. Will be responsible to oversee the mechanical process to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. Will be responsible for the safe operation of equipment to load and unload trucks. Must be proficient with a micrometer, tape measure and other process control inspection requirements. Must be able to follow instructions on shop order documents and other duties or tasks that may be assigned by management. Will be required to move material to annealing or oven area. Completes required reports and maintains cleanliness and housekeeping of equipment and work area.

3rd Shift hours are Sun-Fri 11p-7a.

Requirements:

-High school diploma or GED;

-Must be authorized to work in the United States; this position will not sponsor applicants for work visas;

-Successful candidates will need to complete a background check, pre-employment drug screen, and work tolerance screening.

Pay Range:

$46,762.00-$54,238.00
