In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Excel, strong knowledge including Pivot Tables, data manipulation, interpretation, and reporting.
- Assisting with Sales Planning, budgeting
- Salesforce super user. Working with Sales Executives to ensure that Salesforce is updated and accurate.
- Reviewing monthly sales and managing Portfolio & Incremental targets
- Sales training administration. Ensuring all sales training and key tasks are complete.
- Organising Sales conference (logistics, agendas, speakers, etc)
- Helping with sales proposals and presentations, tender responses etc
- Preparing customer presentations, back-order reporting, Status 20 reporting
- Preparing and a ending out monthly sales reports, quarterly business reviews, etc.
- Attending customer meetings (virtual) and taking minutes. Distributing these out to attendees
- Scope to stretch into internal sales and qualifying leads
