The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of One Eleven Restaurant. As the heart and soul of our establishment, you'll be in charge of leading an exceptional team, ensuring flawless operations, and creating unforgettable guest experiences.

Your day-to-day:


  • Ensure seamless operations during service periods, developing strong relationships with guests. 

  • Train and supervise restaurant team members, ensuring they are knowledgeable about the menu offering and service standards.

  • Order supplies, track sales and manage labour costs to ensure profitability.

  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

  • Monitor financial reports, sales data and guest feedback to make informed decisions about operations and marketing strategies.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

Our successful candidate will have:


  • A minimum of two years' experience as a Restaurant Supervisor. 

  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.

  • Excellent customer service skills, including confidence when dealing with complaints and resolution should the need arise.

  • Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

  • A positive attitude that is aligned with our company values and culture.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

  • A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.

  • Experience using SevenRooms and MICROS Simphony - highly regarded but not essential.
